At Camp Arrowhead, we believe you don’t have to wait until you’re older to make an impact.
That’s why our Counselor in Training program, formerly known as CIT, is becoming AIM: the Arrowhead Influence & Ministry Leadership Program.
AIM is designed specifically for middle school students who are ready to grow as leaders, deepen their faith, and take the next step at Camp Arrowhead.
AIM is built around three simple ideas: LEAD. SERVE. LOOK.
Lead.
Grow in responsibility, confidence, communication, and initiative.
Serve.
Discover that biblical leadership starts with serving others.
Look.
Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus as the model and purpose of leadership.
This summer, we’ll offer two AIM sessions, one in June and one in July. Sessions are $75/participant. During their session, students will receive hands-on leadership training, be discipled by Camp Arrowhead staff, and experience what it takes to lead at camp.
Then, after completing their session, AIM Leaders will have the opportunity to return and serve for two additional weeks at Camp Arrowhead, putting everything they’ve learned into action.
And for students who dream of becoming Camp Arrowhead counselors one day, AIM is where that journey begins.
